
PulseFit Gym Refund Policy: Membership Fees: Membership fees are non-refundable after purchase, but we offer a 14-day cooling-off period where you can request a refund if you are dissatisfied with your membership. Personal Training Sessions: Personal training sessions are non-refundable, but you can reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. If you are unable to attend due to illness or an emergency, we’ll work with you to reschedule or credit the session. Class Fees: If you’re not satisfied with a group fitness class, you may request a refund for any unused class passes within 7 days of purchase. Merchandise Returns: Merchandise can be returned within 14 days if unopened and unused. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
